Rates Outline:

All rates are inclusive of VAT and tourism bed levy; there will be no other charges.

B&B - Rate includes accommodation and full English breakfast

PP - Rate per person

50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking, payment of which can be made via the online booking button for either EFT payments or Credit Card payments. Bookings will be held until deposit/payment is received. Should confirmation of payment not be received within 48 hours we regret that booking will not be guaranteed as it will be released to the market.

Checkin/ Checkout:

Check-in is after 2pm and before 8pm. Check-out is before 10am.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled 7 - 14 days prior to arrival: Result in 100% forfeit of your deposit.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking will be charged.
Refunds are at the discretion of the management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the unit reserved which we endeavor to do. There is a 15 % administration fee on all refunds.
